Consumer
Privacy
STAT
America
provides drug test results to its clients according to information obtained
from the chain of custody form that is used by drug testing laboratories.
STAT America does not compile or sell consumer information
lists for any reason.
STAT
America
does not maintain a database of consumer information for reselling.
Online
Privacy and Security Policy
The
following sections outline STAT America's
online privacy and security policy regarding the transmission of drug test
results over the Internet.
CyberTrust Certified
The
STAT America web-delivery and security system is
Certified by CyberTrust Corporation (www.cybertrust.com).
Securing
and Protecting Information Requested From The Client
STAT
America secures
and protects all online transactions involving drug test results through the
use of encryption. All client sessions involving the transfer of secure, private
information are encrypted using 128 bit SSL on our secure web servers. All
transactions that contain private data use SSL encryption with Secure
Web Server Certificates obtained from Thawte.
STAT
America only
requests and displays private data through forms located on our secure web
servers.
Storage
of Sensitive Information
Any consumer information
that we obtain electronically from authorized clients is stored on our internal
servers. Those servers are protected by several security measures.
Data
Usage and Transmission to Third Parties
STAT
America only provides online drug test
results to existing, authorized clients who request those services. We
never transmit drug test results to unauthorized third parties. STAT America
corporate policy dictates that we closely monitor and guard the distribution
of private consumer data.
When we send private consumer data over the Internet it is always encrypted
with 128 bit encryption so that it cannot be intercepted en-route to its final
destination. Drug test results are secured when distributed over the telephone
or when sent by facsimile machine as well.
Release
of Non-essential Information to Third Parties
We do not permit
nonessential information to be revealed to third parties who are not directly
related to or involved in the completion of the current transaction. This
means that STAT
America
only provides authorized third party vendors with enough information to do
their jobs and return the results we need to complete our customer's request.
Cookies,
URL Tracking, IP Address Tracking
To improve
web site security and to provide good customer service to our clients, we
may use cookies to store the personal settings of authorized client users.
We may also track information about the location from which users visit our
web site. The use of cookies helps us customize our client's future visits
to our site by storing certain customer specific user settings on the client's
personal computer. We will never store unencrypted, private data on our web
servers or in the cookies that we store on our clientís machines. For security
and identification purposes, we may track a user's URL or IP address. We
will log this information and use it to increase the security of the system
by monitoring who accesses our online system.

From Other External Web Sites
At present,
no content on the STAT
America
web site is generated by
other sites. In the future we may offer advertising spots on our web pages
that might be generated by other sites. Please check this section of the policy
regularly for updates regarding this issue.
