HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

HRPLUS
and STAT America will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2003; Friday,
December 26, 2003; and Thursday, January 1, 2004. On Friday January
2, 2004, we will close at noon MST. Please remember that many employers,
courts, schools, state offices, licensing boards and laboratories
will also be closed during the holiday season. Please try to submit
your orders early and avoid running into roadblocks caused by closings.
Even though we will be closed on these days, background reports
and drug-test results are viewable on the HRplus and STAT America
Web sites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

BACKGROUND REPORTS AND DRUG-TEST RESULTS AVAILABLE ON CD-ROM

HRPLUS
and STAT America are offering clients the opportunity to have all
background reports and drug-test results archived on CD-ROM for
$49.95 per CD. The CD serves as a backup to your record retention
program, and is an excellent resource for locating old reports
and results that may no longer be available on the Web reporting
system. If you would like to request a CD, please contact your

HRPLUS AUTOMATION DECREASES TURNAROUND TIMES

HRPLUS made
many technological improvements to its systems within the past
year in order to decrease report turnaround times. As a result,
clients are now receiving reports approximately one day sooner
than they did in 2002. In 2004 and beyond, HRPLUS will
continue to stay on top of the latest technology, and will continue
to implement any changes that will further decrease report turnaround
times. |
